Order Timing

To ensure quality and proper planning:

  • Next-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on the day prior
  • Same-day delivery: Available on a limited basis and subject to availability (please contact us directly)

Minimum Order for Delivery

A minimum of $60.00 is required for all delivery orders.

  • $20 for the following zip codes:
    • 10002 - Lower East Side
    • 10003 - Gramercy Park, East Village & Union Square
    • 10009 - East Village & Alphabet City

Recipient Availability

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please confirm that the recipient will be available during the selected window
  • If no one is available
    • We may leave the product with a doorman, front desk, or neighbor when possible
    • If re-delivery is required, an additional fee may apply
